  • What type of cleaning do you offer?
    We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly or one time service.
  • Do you clean windows?
    Yes. We clean interior ONLY.
  • Do you clean carpets and hardwood floors?
    Yes! we do all types of carpet cleaning and hardwood floors care.
  • What is Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?
    Your home or apartment gets move-out ready with a FULL CLEANING by our So Fresh, So Clean Team. This service includes cabinets, walls, and other surfaces that all get thoroughly cleaned.
  • What is a Recurring Cleaning?
    What we offer is a routine cleaning. As professionals we will come in and take care of high-traffic areas, highly used surfaces, common touchpoints, areas that specifically concern YOU and other spots in your home. Our So Fresh So Clean Team will be dedicated to keeping your spaces from becoming overwhelmingly unorganized and dirty.
  • What's the difference between Basic and Deep Cleaning?
    BASIC CLEANING includes vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and tidying up. This service is perfect for people busy working who need a little help maintaining the cleanliness in their home. DEEP CLEANING services removes a deeper level of dirt and grime in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Hard-to-reach areas like refrigerators, interior windows and lamps are also cleaned.
  • Do you provide Event Cleaning Services?
    Yes, We Do! We provide Before and After Events and parties get messy. After-event cleaning involves cleaning dirty dishes, taking out the trash, and cleaning living spaces.

Payments Accepted

We accept all Major Credit Cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

Cancellation Policy

NEW CLIENTS: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a [penalty/fee/rebooking} charge of $25.
 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.

 

SUBSCRIBERS: Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty.
 

Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate]. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show.
 

If [Oliver Cleaning Solution] cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours' notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client. *Subject to availability.
